Back before we used the word, “Pre-Covid,” Chuck, my Principal Broker, and I kicked off a conversation about a game-changing idea within our brokerage. It was 2019 and we needed a program designed to fuel the growth of new agents and those hungry to take their businesses to the next level. And so, the BEYOND Collaborative was born, built on six core tenets:

I’ll write more about our beginnings and what each of these principles mean to me and our group later, but for now, I’m just proud to just say that we are a group who is guided by principles.
We’ve become a support system
There’s a lot of hustle in the world right now and Real Estate, never an exception on hustle, is an industry that has it in abundance. Our service to the community, our reputations, and our careers rely upon our licensed professionals doing the right thing for our clients every time, without fail, no matter how much the hustle hunts us – our principles are our compass guiding me as a leader and our Collaborative, and we wouldn’t have the success I’m so proud to share without them!
Our group, now a tight-knit crew of agents alongside yours truly, spans experience levels from brand-new licenses to OGs who’ve been part of the journey since day one. Fast forward to today, and with the recent expansion to include our Chuck Fawcett Realty, Fayetteville branch, we collectively closed over 100 transactions, worth nearly $20 million this year. What makes me proudest? It’s not just the numbers; it’s the way we’ve become a support system, growing together both personally and professionally, and tackling challenges with a collective mindset.
